Waiver & Release Information

*Please note: all shooters registered to a team must be 14 years of age or older.

Prior to participation, each shooter will be required to sign a waiver for Four Branches Sporting Preserve and a separate release for Union Power Charitable Foundation. A parent or guardian must sign for any shooter under the legal age of consent. Additional information will be provided to the Team Captain named above prior to the event.
