The organization provides access to nutritious food while building a stronger, more caring community. With support from UPCF, Common Heart will purchase additional food supplies and expand its grocery delivery efforts, helping more families receive the nourishment they need.
Stanly Health Foundation
The Stanly Health Foundation is dedicated to improving the health of residents throughout Stanly County by increasing access to quality healthcare. Funding from UPCF will help expand its free mammogram program for uninsured women, allowing more individuals to receive potentially life-saving screenings through early detection.

Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Union provides comfort-focused care for patients and families facing serious illness. Funding from UPCF will help offset care expenses and room-and-board costs for patients in need of financial assistance, ensuring they receive the support they deserve.
